Summary: Stay Oct 1-5 2025. Excellent from start to finish. The airline lost my bag at the airport but the staff at SO Berlin were so friendly and helpful. They did their best to take care of. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying Berlin. Truly excellent.
